LG Exch Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to LG Exch. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and LG Exch ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing lgexch.biz, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you accept them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use LG Exch or any of the services offered on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

By completing registration, you declare that all of the above conditions are met. LG Exch reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close any account found to be in violation without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

To access betting and casino services at LG Exch, you are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide a valid Pakistani mobile number, a secure password, and basic personal information. You represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, truthful, and complete.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account at LG Exch. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through other individuals — is a serious violation of these Terms. All duplicate accounts and any associated accounts will be closed and all balances forfeited. LG Exch uses technical and manual review processes to detect multi-accounting behaviour.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. LG Exch will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. You must not share your account access with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility regardless of whether it was authorised by you. 3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

LG Exch may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer) at any point. This may involve providing a copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC, proof of your mobile number ownership, or confirmation of your payment method. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality or account closure. LG Exch stores and processes all submitted documents in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your LG Exch account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing. Accounts under active investigation cannot be closed until the investigation is concluded.

4. Deposits and Payments

LG Exch accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are currently supported:

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. LG Exch reserves the right to return a deposit and request re-submission from a verified personal account if third-party funding is detected. Deposited funds not used for wagering within 180 days may be subject to dormancy procedures as outlined in Section 9.

5. Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available balance to any verified payment method registered to your LG Exch account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. LG Exch charges no withdrawal fees on any method or amount.

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed and received within 15 minutes of request approval. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are usually completed within 20 minutes. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 2 business hours depending on inter-bank settlement windows. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals vary by issuing bank but are generally completed within a few hours.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts verified in your own name. LG Exch will not send funds to third-party accounts.
• If a deposit was made via a specific payment method, the first withdrawal must be attempted to the same method where technically possible.
• Players who have received a bonus must meet the associated wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus-derived funds. Deposited funds that have not been subject to a bonus are always eligible for withdrawal.
• LG Exch reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Standard accounts may withdraw up to Rs 10,00,000 per day. Players who regularly require higher withdrawal limits should contact customer support to discuss enhanced account tiers. All withdrawal limits remain subject to payment provider constraints.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

LG Exch offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms published alongside each offer.

• Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Time Limits. All bonuses have an expiry period within which wagering requirements must be completed. Bonus funds that expire before requirements are met are forfeited without refund.
• One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held at any time. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus is active will forfeit the previous bonus.
• Abuse Prevention. LG Exch monitors bonus usage patterns. Any player found to be exploiting promotions through low-risk betting strategies, matched betting, or collusion will have their bonuses revoked and account reviewed. Systematic bonus abuse may result in account closure.
• Right to Withdraw. LG Exch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to active accounts.
• Eligibility. Promotions at LG Exch are available to verified Pakistani players only. Players using VPNs or found to be accessing from ineligible jurisdictions are not eligible for promotional offers.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed at LG Exch — whether on sports markets, casino games, live dealer tables, or any other product — are subject to the rules of the relevant game or market as displayed within the platform at the time of betting. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game or market before placing a bet.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

LG Exch reserves the right to refuse any bet or to limit the stake on any bet at its absolute discretion. Bets are only accepted and binding once they have been confirmed by the system with a reference number. In-progress bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed unless a specific cash-out feature is available and used within the designated window.

7.2 Errors and System Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, pricing error, or odds display error, LG Exch reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. 7.3 Responsible Bet Limits

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at LG Exch. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating an account on behalf of another person or knowingly allowing a third party to use your account.
• Making threats or engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward LG Exch staff or other players.
• Attempting to access LG Exch systems beyond your authorised account, including any attempt to reverse-engineer or probe the platform.

9. Account Suspension and Dormancy

LG Exch may suspend or permanently close any account at any time for breach of these Terms, at the platform's sole discretion, or as required by applicable regulations. In cases of suspected fraud or ongoing investigation, an account may be suspended temporarily pending review. Players will be notified via their registered contact details where operationally possible.

9.1 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. LG Exch will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered mobile number or email prior to dormancy processing. Dormant account balances may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of Rs 200 per month until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated by the player logging in and contacting support.

9.2 Reinstatement

Players whose accounts have been suspended for reasons other than a permanent ban may apply for reinstatement by contacting LG Exch customer support. Reinstatement is at LG Exch's discretion and may require additional verification.

10. Privacy and Data
